ELDAR GULIYEV-70<\/strong><\/p>\n Eldar Allahyar oghlu Guliyev (Azerbaijani:Eldar Allahyar o\u011flu Quliyev; born July 26, 1951) is an Azerbaijan.He became a Member of Parliament of the Azerbaijan in 2000.<\/p>\n In 1968, he finished school at No. 187 in Baku, and in 1969, entered the Azerbaijan Institute of the national Economy (now the Azerbaijan State University of Economics). He became an economist after graduation in 1973. He served in the Soviet Army from 1974-1975.From 1975-1987, he worked in the Trade Ministry.After 1987,he worked as the chairman or the Union of Azerbaijan Central Corportions,He is married with two children.<\/p>\n In 1973-1974, he worked at the Scientific Research Institute, and served in the army in 1974-1975.<\/p>\n In 1975-1987, he held responsible positions\u00a0 in the system of the Ministry of Trade of the Respublic,and in 1981-1985,he was engaged in scientific research as a postgraduate student at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. In 1987-1990, he worked as the head of the Department of the Central Union of Cooperatives of\u00a0 Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n In 1990, he was elected as a Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Central Union of Cooperatives of Azerbaijan, and in 1993, he was elected as a Chairman of the Board. He still leads the public foundations.<\/p>\n He is the rector of Azerbaijan Cooperation University, doctor of economic sciences, professor.<\/p>\n He is a deputy of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan of the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth convocations. He is the chairman of the Counting Commission of the Milli Majlis.<\/p>\n In 2011, he was elected as an \u201cHonorary Member of Parliament\u201d of the parliaments of Turkic-speaking countries, and he was appointed as a head of the Azerbaijani delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization by\u00a0 the decision of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2016.<\/p>\n He was elected as a chairman of the Council of Elders and its Board by the VIII Extraordinary Congress of the Concil of Elders of Azerbaijan held on September 29, 2020. He was elecded as a full member of the Turkic World Studies International Academy of\u00a0 Sciences, the European Academy of\u00a0 Natural Sciences in Hanover, Germany, the International Academy of Economic and Social Sciences of Italy, and the Honorary Doctor of the Sukhushvili Technical University of the Republic of Georgia for his extensive scientific activity and contributions to economic science. He is an \u00abHonorary Scientist\u00bb of Rome. He was awarded the \u201cGold Star\u201d Medal and the \u201cAtaturk International\u201d Prize by the Turkic World Studies International Academy of Sciences, the \u201cCrown Service\u201d Order by the United Nations Rewards Committee, and the \u201cEuropean Service Order\u201d by the International Awards Committee of the Council of Public Awards (UNCOPA), the \u201cSenator Star\u201d and \u201cGolden Eagle\u201d orders by the European Academy of Natural Sciences. He was awarded the Leibniz Medal in Berlin, Germany\u00a0 and was awarded the title of \u201cHonored Scientist of Europe\u201d.<\/p>\n His numerous scientific articles and monographs have been published in the United States, Turkey and European countries, along with Azerbaijan and a number of formet Soviet states. In March 2017, his scientific monograph \u201cGlobal Food Security: Realities, Challenges and Prospects\u201d was published in English by the prestigious German publishing house \u201cSpringer\u201d. The book, dedicated to one of the most pressing issues in the world \u2013food security, was admitted by the Expert Committee to the UN Central Library in Switzerland. In November of the same year, during the presentation of this monograph in Rome, Italy, the book was awarded the \u201cBook of the Year\u201d by the UN Public Awards Council, noting the secular significance of the work, and at the same time, Professor E.Guliyev was awarded the diploma of a full member (academician) of the Vatican Bonifasian Academy.By the decision of the Presidium of the European Academy of\u00a0 Natural Sciences dated February 19, 2019, he was awarded the international prize \u201cScientist of the Year\u201d for this valuable research work and was awarded the \u201cEuler\u201d medal.<\/p>\n Eldar Guliyev\ua78cs authoritative monograph \u201c Problems and strategic directions of strengthening food security\u201d was published in 2020.Professor Eldar Guliyev is one of the co-authors of the monograph \u201cCooperation Movement: Evolution, Current Status and Development Trends\u201d , published in 2021.<\/p>\n The Turkic World Studies International Academy of Sciences awarded Eldar Guliyev with the \u201cGreat Gold Star\u201d Medal in January 2021 for his services to the Turkic World.<\/p>\n Eldar Guliyev was he was elected Chairman of the Council of Elders of Azerbaijan in 2020.<\/p>\n Eldar Guliyev was awarded the Order of the Coryphaeus by UNCOPA in 2020.<\/p>\n The Order of Glory by the Decree of the President of the Respublic of Azerbaijan in July 2011 for his fruitful socio-political activity.<\/p>\n Eldar Guliyev was awarded the Order of Honor by the Decree of the President of the Respublic of Azerbaijan in July 2021 for his fruitful socio-political activity.<\/p>\n Congratulations!
